Well I am back after a bit of time as you can see from the last blog, wow I didn't even know that i still had this space.  I thought it was deleted.  So now that I  know i still have it and made some changes to this page I will always be around.  I will try to keep it interesting and my blogs or postings will be mostly info that deals with my work.  I will also talk about me and my journey, sort of like a diary if you will.

 

But alot has happened from my last blog to this blog and I will catch you up little by little.  I will say things have been improving little by little and slowly , not as fast as i would like but improving just the same.

 

I have taken some courses in Healing Touch and ready to start my own business!!  I am very excited about this as I love this work, it is awsome.  So because of this I will be posting much on this topic and the whole health and wellness stuff lol.  A more healthier or balanced way of living in this crazy, stressful world.
